Chad

Founder & Principal Engineer

Founded by US Navy veteran and senior biomedical engineer Chad, Ridgeborne brings over 20 years of expertise across nuclear engineering, electrical systems, biomedical engineering and complex project management. Chad’s career includes operating and maintaining nuclear propulsion systems, managing multimillion-dollar engineering projects and serving as Senior Director of Operations, Technology & Engineering for a global medical organization, where he oversaw procurement and equipment integration for 31 offices worldwide and led medical device development through ISO and FDA certification.

His rare technical background—spanning nuclear reactor operations, advanced troubleshooting, electrical distribution, clinical equipment integration and organizational leadership—allows Ridgeborne to deliver engineering precision to medical and aesthetic practices. Every project is guided by the principles Chad mastered in the Navy: excellence, safety, reliability and uncompromising attention to detail.
